The menu offers a good choice between local specialties and classic cuisine.
From a selection of cured meats and local cheeses to sweet lard with chestnuts and honey, from porcini mushrooms to fresh ricotta.
You can taste the fresh tagliatelle with roe deer ragout or delicious porcini from our woods, steaming buckwheat crepes with Bitto, polenta with game to get to Pizzocheri with homemade pasta and seasoned with the best cheeses offered by the Valley.
You can not miss the king of cheeses, the mythical Bitto, which in addition to melting into the delicious Taragna, accompanies delicious meats. It is also eaten in oven cocotte with rye crostini and once seasoned becomes a delight for the most demanding palates.
The constant research and expression of cuisine, make the restaurant, as well as typical, just as innovative, preserving values and flavors of the Valtellina tradition.
Since Taragna, Polenta con Selvaggina and Pizzocheri are not express dishes: reservation is welcome.
